Wang Yezi's practice examines how objects and relations are defined within a contemporary context. By constructing "new objects," she explores the residual value of the aesthetic.

Her work has been exhibited at institutions including Shenzhen Art Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art of Yinchuan, Today Art Museum, and Chongqing Museum of Contemporary Art, and is held in collections such as United Art Museum (Wuhan) and OCAT Shenzhen.
