Chengan Xia & Villo is an artist duo formed by artists Chengan Xia (b.1995) and Wei Le (b.1994), primarily engaged in video, performance, and installation art. Drawing materials from personal experiences, consumer culture, literature, and design history, they construct narratives with humor to deconstruct and reflect upon the disciplinary and formative forces of contemporary urban life.
