Xie Lisi studied in the MFA program in the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts from 2009 to 2012. She was a visiting scholar at Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris, France from April to June in 2016. She now teaches at Guangzhou Xinhua University.
