生于辽宁大连，2016年硕士毕业于四川美术学院实验艺术学院，获硕士学位，现工作生活于重庆。

获奖：《惊蛰》，入围第30届IDFA阿姆斯特丹电影节中长篇主竞赛单元（荷兰阿姆斯特丹）、入选20届赛萨洛尼基电影节主竞赛单元（希腊塞萨洛尼基）、14届BIFF北京独立影展竞赛单元荣获优秀纪录片奖（中国北京）、中央美术学院“后来你风生水起”首届“俊安实验艺术教育奖” 荣获未来奖（中国北京）、中央民族大学民族学与社会学学院“第二届中国研究生影视人类学作品展”荣获二等奖（中国北京）、入选中国传媒大学第六届中国纪录片学院奖（中国北京）。

Born in Dalian, Liaoning. Ning Jiawei received his MFA from Sichuan Fine Art Institution, School of Experimental. Now he resides in Chongqing.
